This was fun and easy to teach the kids and I how to play chess.

My father taught me how to play chess at 6y, he said it would teach me strategy, endurance and loyalty. I have since found this very accurate in my life and desired to teach my children the same. However, being a single parent of 6 and running my own business I didn't have the time to seriously teach them all. This made it possible, they made chess simple. If you ever wanted to learn to play this is your best first step. I recommend this product.

Great Starter Game for any skill level Sep 22, 2009
I received the game a week ago, and we have already played it over 30 times. The games seem to be shorter than a normal chess game. I have a 5 and a 6 year old who now know the movements of every piece. A great game for beginners or a nice change for advanced players. My wife is also learning how to play and had beaten me quite a bit. It is a good confidence builder. Great for teaching the game

Great for Beginners-makes chess learning a breeze Sep 13, 2009
I got this set for my daughter and myself. We love it. I used to think that leaning chess is a difficult task, but with No Stress Chess, it is not anymore. I play with my 9 year old daughter every day. I always take risks while moving the pieces hoping that the next card revealed will be in my favor, but it is always the opposite, so I lose a lot to my daughter. I love to see my daughter love out loud when she wins. It is so much fun!

Grandpa and 7 year old grandson started with no stress.Next day the cards were not needed. This game is the best introduction to chess I have ever seen. You will not be disappointed!
